By accessing and using TenForr, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
TenForr provides tool, equipment, and material inventory tracking ("The Loadout"), a local construction supply marketplace ("The Bay", currently in beta), a supplier directory ("The Quartermaster"), and team/organization management services for contractors and their crews. We may also provide promotional offers, tool deals, and industry recommendations based on your usage and preferences.

TenForr data should be used as a reference tool only. We are not liable for losses, disputes, or missed deliveries arising from inventory, order, or supplier data shown in the app.
TenForr is not designed to meet legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements. The data provided by TenForr is not intended to be used as evidence in any legal proceeding, court case, arbitration, or regulatory investigation. If you choose to use TenForr data in any legal context, you do so at your own risk and TenForr bears no responsibility for the outcome.
TenForr uses your service area ZIP code (provided voluntarily in your profile) to:
Your ZIP code is optional and can be updated or removed from your profile at any time. TenForr does not collect or use GPS location data. When searching The Bay or The Quartermaster, if no inventory or listing is found, we may search for local suppliers using a third-party service (Serper.dev/Google Places API). Your search terms and ZIP code are used to find relevant businesses, but no personal information is shared.

If you are using TenForr through an organization:
Any content you upload (tool photos, notes, descriptions) remains your property, but you grant TenForr a license to use this content to provide and improve our services, including showing you relevant offers and recommendations.
TenForr may display offers, deals, and advertisements from third-party tool manufacturers, suppliers, and industry partners. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or fulfillment of third-party offers, or for orders placed with suppliers through The Bay (beta). Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that TenForr will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including beta features such as The Bay and The Quartermaster, at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service.
The TenForr app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by TenForr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
TenForr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or disputes arising from inventory, order, or supplier information.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
You agree to indemnify and hold TenForr harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you downloaded TenForr from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting terms above: (a) this Agreement is between you and TenForr only, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app; (b) Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, and in the event of any failure of the app to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you, and Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app; (c) TenForr, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or similar claims; (d) TenForr, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any claim that the app or your possession/use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights; (e) you must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app; and (f) Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary. If you downloaded TenForr from Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
