• Organization Data: Company name, organization code
• Usage Data: App interaction and feature usage

Your information helps us provide you with the best experience:

• Tool, equipment, and material tracking through The Loadout
• Personalized tool deals and supply offers relevant to your work and expertise
• Supplier matching based on your service area ZIP code in The Bay and The Quartermaster
• Construction supply procurement through The Bay (beta)
• Communication with team members
• Service improvement and analytics

3. Service Area & Supplier Matching

TenForr does not collect GPS location data. Instead, we use your voluntarily provided service area ZIP code to:

• Supplier Matching: Connect you with suppliers in The Bay and The Quartermaster who serve your area.
• Relevant Offers: Surface supply deals applicable to your region.

Your ZIP code is stored in your profile and is never shared with third parties without your consent. You can update or remove it at any time in your profile settings, without affecting your ability to use any core features of the app.

4. Loadout & Personalization

Information about your tools, equipment, and work preferences helps us:

• Provide relevant offers on replacement parts, accessories, and upgrades
• Recommend new tools that match your trade and expertise
• Connect you with suppliers and manufacturers who serve your industry
• Improve our understanding of what professionals like you need

5. Data Sharing

We may share aggregated or de-identified information with:

• Tool manufacturers and suppliers to improve product offerings
• Industry partners to enhance service quality
• Analytics providers to improve app functionality

Your organization administrators can view:

• Your name and Loadout assignments
• Orders you have placed through The Bay
• Your role and organization membership details

• Organization-based access controls

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Control & Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Update or remove your service area ZIP code anytime in your profile settings
• Access, review, and export your personal data
• Request corrections to your information
• Delete your account and data through your profile settings
• Opt out of promotional communications

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Loadout and order records are retained according to your organization's policies and legal requirements.

9. Third-Party Services

TenForr uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and data storage
• Serper.dev: Third-party Google Places search API to help you discover local suppliers when searching The Bay or The Quartermaster. When you search for supplies or suppliers, your search query and ZIP code may be sent to Serper to find relevant local businesses. This feature is currently in beta.

No personally identifiable information (name, email, phone) is shared with these search services. Search results are provided by Google Places data and may include business names, addresses, phone numbers, and websites of local suppliers.

10. Children's Privacy

TenForr is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

11. Your Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what data we hold about you, request deletion, or opt out of certain data sharing (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act).
