3. Location Tracking

We use your location to provide convenient features:

• Automatic Clock In/Out: Geofencing technology detects when you arrive at or leave scheduled job sites, automatically clocking you in or out to save you time.
• Local Tool Deals: Your location helps us show you the best deals on tools and equipment from suppliers near you.
• Privacy When Off Duty: Your location is not visible to anyone on the map when you're clocked out.
• On-Site Verification: When clocked in, your location helps verify presence at job sites for accurate time tracking.

You can disable location tracking at any time in your profile settings, though this will turn off automatic clock in/out features and personalized local offers.

3.5. Camera & Photo Usage

We request camera access to enable the following features:

• Mission Documentation: Take photos of completed work, project progress, or issues encountered on job sites
• Work Evidence: Provide visual proof of completed tasks and quality of work
• Project Updates: Share real-time photos with team members and administrators

Your camera permissions are completely optional. You can use TenForr for time tracking without ever granting camera access. Photos are only captured when you explicitly choose to take them within the app. We do not access your camera in the background or capture photos automatically.

Photos you take are stored securely and only visible to your organization administrators and team members with appropriate access. You can disable camera permissions at any time in your device settings.

4. Tool Registry & Personalization

Information about your tools, equipment, and work preferences helps us:

• Provide relevant offers on replacement parts, accessories, and upgrades
• Recommend new tools that match your trade and expertise
• Connect you with suppliers and manufacturers who serve your industry
• Improve our understanding of what professionals like you need

5. Data Sharing

Your organization administrators can view:

• Your name, clock in/out times, and project assignments

• Turn off location tracking anytime in your profile settings (automatic clock in/out and local deals will be disabled)
• Disable camera permissions in your device settings
• Access, review, and export your personal data
• Request corrections to your information
• Delete your account and data through your profile settings
• Opt out of promotional communications

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Time entries, photos, and location history are retained according to your organization's policies and legal requirements.

10. Children's Privacy

TenForr is not intended for users under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If we become aware that a child under 12 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
